Jornt won the price of best musician of Holland 2009
Jornt won the music maker best musician of Holland price at the Groteprijs final in the Melkweg in Amsterdam. 6 bands were competing for: the main price of €5000,-- and a video clip, the audience price (the band that is most in favor with the audience) and the Best musician price (the price for the best musician of any band and instrument). The band I played drums in Anni-K got the 3rd price witch is still very good. There are tree rounds all over the Netherlands witch means there are hundreds of bands and musicians competing.

Boom boom du Terre (Jornts solo project) won the X-vector contest!! and will play on the State-X Newforms festival!
On the September 30 the jury of the x-vector contest announced Boom boom du Terre as one of the two winners of the X-vector contest. This contest held by the organizers of the state-x newforms festival was about the search for the act that would fit to play at the State-X new forms festival on the 11th of December at 't Paard van Trooje in The Hague. Boom boom du Terre won a spot on the festival and 500 vinyl records to be released in the near future.

La Boutique fantastique
La boutique Fantastique is working hard on its debut album and live act. They have chosen Jornt as their drummer and announced the first shows with the new band. You can find more info and tour dates here.

Anni-K finale grote prijs
The band Anni-K won the two rounds of the music contest "De groteprijs van nederland" witch is a big deal in the Dutch music industry and will play in the final on December 12 at the Melkweg in Amsterdam.

Composing for film
